About me

Exploring the relationship between people, places and meaning.

Born in Germany, raised in Chile, and now based in Berlin, I have always been fascinated by the ways people experience the world around them. Over time, this curiosity has led me through different disciplines, from art and architecture to brand experience, creative leadership, and the study of human relationships.

I began my journey studying Fine Arts at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, followed by Architecture at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) in Germany. What connected both fields was not simply an interest in aesthetics, but a fascination with perception: how people make sense of their surroundings, how spaces influence behavior, and how meaning is created through experience.

For more than twenty years, I have worked internationally at the intersection of architecture, design, and brand experience. I have collaborated with agencies, companies, and multidisciplinary teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, developing exhibitions, retail concepts, hospitality projects, brand environments, and spatial experiences.

Over the years, however, I became increasingly interested in what happens behind the visible outcome of a project. I noticed that the success of creative work is rarely determined by design alone. It is equally shaped by communication, trust, leadership, team dynamics, and the quality of the relationships involved.

This growing interest led me to begin a four year training in Gestalt practice at the In Kontakt Gestalt Institute Berlin, where I am currently completing the final year of the program. Alongside my training, I have accompanied individuals through processes of personal development, self exploration, and change. The experience has profoundly expanded my understanding of how people relate to themselves, to others, and to the environments they inhabit.

What may seem like different paths have gradually revealed themselves to be part of the same exploration. Whether working with an individual, a creative team, an organization, or a physical space, I am ultimately interested in the same questions: What helps people feel connected? What enables growth? What creates meaning, trust, and transformation?

Today, my work brings these perspectives together. I develop concepts, environments, and experiences that seek to connect people, ideas, brands, and places in meaningful ways. Sometimes this involves designing physical spaces. Sometimes it involves facilitating creative processes, supporting teams, or accompanying individuals through periods of change.

I believe that meaningful work, whether in design, leadership, or personal development, begins with attention. Attention to people. Attention to context. Attention to the relationships that shape our experience of the world.

Because in the end, it is not the objects we create that matter most, but the human experiences they make possible.
